So here at MBC we have about 35 people that have PDA phones. We have a mix of both Blackberry and Windows based Palm Treo phones. I must say that I hate the Palm Treo’s! They are the worst phone ever made. So far 75% of our users that have the Treo phones have had theirs replaced. We have had some people who are on their third or fourth one! Just today I was replacing a users phone and I took it out of the box and guess what? The internal speaker was not working! I just got off the phone with Verizon and they are sending a replacement again…
